Custom orders are crafted with care and attention to detail. The following terms apply to all custom ceramic orders:

Labor Fee: A labor fee will be applied to each original item price based on the time required to complete the piece. The fee is determined by the size and level of detail of the custom work, and is calculated as follows:

Less than 1 hour of labor: $10 + original item price

1-2 hours of labor: $20 + original item price

2-3 hours of labor: $30 + original item price

3-4 hours of labor: $40 + original item price

4-5 hours of labor: $50 + original item price

5-6 hours of labor: $60 + original item price

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees for custom orders vary depending on the delivery area and will be calculated at checkout. These fees reflect the cost of packaging, handling, and delivery to your location.
